Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location:

Domestic orders (within Egypt): 3–7 business days

International orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (customs delays, weather, carrier issues).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Kemetra is not responsible for these charges—payment is the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Orders

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy
